Education, Development and Growth for Excellence.

Our EDGE rotational program is specifically designed for those seeking careers in engineering and/or manufacturing. Participants gain a significant level of depth and breadth of experience by completing three distinct developmental assignments across EnPro and our divisions. In each rotation, participants work on increasingly challenging projects and learn valuable engineering techniques and leadership skills to build the foundation for an exceptional career.

Program Structure

EnPro EDGE is a 3-year program, with new classes typically starting in June or July of each year. As a participant, you will:

  • Rotate annually around 12-month assignments
  • Be exposed to diverse experiences including project assignments, industies and geographic locations
  • Impact projects and assignments that are driven by EnPro business needs with a focus on value creation
  • Develop core competencies and key skills related to engineering and manufacturing
  • Receive written performance assessments at the end of each assignment to ensure proper growth
  • Transition into permanent placement following completion of the program
