Global consolidation and reporting of the actual monthly financial data as reported by Garlock locations; metrics analysis, cash flow, trend review, journal entries, issuance of monthly standard reports. Support the forecasting process - both high level and detailed forecasts, assist with the budget process and loading budget data into TM1 and HFM. Quarter-end reporting support - assist with the preparation of the SOX analytic, Sales and OI Swing Sheet, and various quarterly schedules, as well as other reporting requirements, per EnPro. Coordination and support with the implementation of OneStream consolidation software across Garlock locations in accordance with the implementation deadlines and specifications set by EnPro; close collaboration with Garlock controllers and the external implementation partner. IBM Planning Analytics TM1 administrative support and collaboration with the Garlock IT organization. Provide analytical support and commentary when reviewing business trends, market conditions, variance analyses, preparation for month-end close meetings. Communication with the Garlock controllers & business unit leaders on an ongoing basis, participation in month-end closing meetings. Timely support for ad-hoc analytical & reporting requirements; coordination & support for requests from internal and external auditors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance 1 to 5 years of accounting/finance experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, organization skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle deadline pressure. Advanced MS Excel expertise. Experience with IBM Planning Analytics TM1, Hyperion Financial Management, and various ERP systems is a plus. Advanced MS Excel expertise.
