Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic leader to support our successful Service Center in Western Texas (Permian Basin)
The Service Center Manager will be responsible for all operational aspects of the Service Center including safety, people development, quality, delivery and cost.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead a staff of 4-6 people including Operations, Field Service & Commercial
  • Customer facing
  • Manage Service Center P & L
  • Achievement of Service Center Financial Targets

Required Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years leadership experience
  • 3-5 years experience in the Oil & Gas Industry
  • College Degree or equivalent
  • P & L experience required
  • People Management
  • Strong Time Management skills
  • Business Acumen & Financial Management

  • Gas Compression Industry
  • Ability to call on Corporate level accounts
