JOB SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Coordinator performs specialized, general sales and marketing functions. A successful candidate in this role will possess internet savvy, conduct research on competitors/companies in like/similar industries, and create competitive analysis focused solely on the actions and strategy of the competitors. The Inside Sales Coordinator will have a unique and critical linkage to the outside sales team as well as to internal customer groups. This role will entail four general areas:

  • Order Trending and Data Analysis
  • Prospecting
  • Competitor and Market Intelligence
  • Inside Sales Support

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Gathers key information on markets and competitors working with Strategic Marketing function
  • Prospect for companies which align with existing or new Technetics High Performance Seal products or services
  • Measures, analyzes and summarizes new and existing quote and order performance
  • Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales leads and account status
  • Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.
  • Win/loss analysis of quotes
  • Order and Quote entry into CRM & ERP system as needed
  • Works to improve business unit processes, and industry and product knowledge
  • Work with strategic marketing function
  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable
  • Performs other tasks assigned by management

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs any other assigned duty as directed by management


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate Degree with a business related focus and two years of applicable work experience or Bachelor Degree
  • Must possess professional and effective multi-node communication skills (writing, speaking, presenting, etc.)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office or Google applications including data analysis
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and possess proficient multi-tasking skills with great organizational skills.
  • Must be a self-starter, able to make quality decisions, possess a keen sense of urgency and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Prefer experience with customer relationship management software
  • Must possess a positive professional business demeanor.
